Cancellation Policy

Emergency Consultations are intended for urgent, non-life-threatening concerns and may be booked for same-day appointments. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session are non-refundable. If you miss your appointment without notice, a partial refund may be issued, but you will still be charged for the doctor's time.
